How long does a bond clean take?+
Most 1–2 bedroom units take 4–6 hours, and 3–4 bedroom houses 6–8 hours, depending on condition and whether carpets are included.
What's included in the bond clean?+
Kitchen including oven and range hood, all wet areas, bedrooms and living spaces, interior windows, tracks, sills, skirtings, fans, switches and cupboards inside and out — following the REIQ exit checklist.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?+
It's a separate add-on unless your lease or agent requires it. We schedule it in the same visit so you only book once.
What if my agent isn't satisfied?+
Send us the exit report within 7 days of the clean and we'll return to rectify the flagged items free of charge. Return visits are usually booked within 48 hours.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We use plant-based, biodegradable, green-certified products as standard, and bring all equipment and supplies with us.
Can you clean weekends or same day?+
